Job Description


\xc2\xb7 Able to operate kitchen equipment like braisingpan, bakingovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers. \xc2\xb7 Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. \xc2\xb7 Prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfast dishes and other food items. \xc2\xb7 Washand peel fresh fruits, vegetables and also able to weigh, measure and mixing ingredients in correct proportions. \xc2\xb7 Set-up the station with parstocks of menu items, and prepare the dishes designated for that station. \xc2\xb7 Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel. -Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen. -Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Kitchen management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • Typhoid Injection (Preferred)
  • Food Handler Certificate (Preferred)
