To help with Communications activities such us
1. Daily updating of infoscreen/screensaver.
2. Preparing communication materials such as posters, videos for festive seasons
3. Help to take and edit photos of internal activities

To support with HR Admin tasks
1.Filing
2.Support in event / activities
3.Assist in administrative tasks as per required

Qualifications

Currently doing Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Communication and HR related fields
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
