Strategizing, developing and fully executing a cohesive strategic integrated communications initiatives/campaigns to continue to grow the company's presence and positioning across the industry and key stakeholders - in a manner that is aligned to business goals for the quarter/year. This includes issues/crisis monitoring and management
Identifying, developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans which includes but are not limited to key media and selected government agencies
Collaborate and support cross-functionally within the marketing team, with the commercial, operations, finance and CEO Office in Teleport; as well as other Lines of Businesses under Capital A Berhad, where needed

Requirements
These are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role:
The ability to communicate in a simple yet substantial and meaningful way: Speak and articulate clearly and write well across various formats and applications
A simple and data-driven storyteller: Understand Teleport's story with great depth, conduct research, analyse various content and reports, have the ability to understand and articulate market, industry and financial data to help you produce quality written and presentation work products in the form of talking points, articles, opinion editorials, press release and presentation slides, among others
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes, able to multitask and is unphased under pressure
Self-starter, independent and requires minimal supervision, yet highly communicative and a team player
Resourcefulness in finding solutions, able to think critically and analytically
Highly proficient in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
Experienced in government and industry relations
Experienced in executing communications work for a B2B company
Degree in Business, Law, Economics, Marketing, Communication or equivalent preferred

Knowledge and experience in cargo, e-commerce delivery business and technology
