Objectives of the Position

  • Engage and work with stakeholders in on all communications needs
  • Support various communication services including content creation for several communication channels (internal and external), crisis management and leadership positioning, among other communication services
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the KL hub, who provide other specialist services, to fulfill stakeholder requirements
  • Provide advisory services on communication activities across platforms for identified markets
    • Demonstrate eagerness to upskill and learn about latest trends in communications
    • Establish exceptional consultative skills

Requirements
  • Education: University degree or above in mass communication or related field
  • Working Experience:
    • Significant demonstrated success in internal and external communications in a multicultural corporate setting. Generalist communicators will be preferred, with a minimum experience of 5 years
    • Ability to work with various stakeholders and create good relationships
    • Actively contribute to a collaborative climate
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge:
    • Excellent command of English in spoken and written form
    • Attention to detail, creative and results-orientated
    • Excellent working knowledge of basic computer programs (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CMS) is required
