Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company, is currently seeking a skilled Communications Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a Communications Engineer with Eram Talent, you will play a critical role in the oil and energy industry, responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining communication systems for various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that communication systems are always active and functioning within the specified parameters.If selected, the job location would be in Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities

• Manage installation and maintenance of communication equipment, including radios, satellite systems, networking equipment, and other related equipment as required.
• Design and implement communication systems for different projects in the oil and energy industry.
• Develop preventative maintenance plans for communication equipment to ensure up-time and reliability.
• Troubleshoot communication systems to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of communication equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and system configuration.
• Implement security policies for communication systems to protect sensitive information.

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing and maintaining communication systems.
• Highly knowledgeable in Fiber Optic Cable installation, testing, commissioning and splicing.
• Have experience in operation and maintenance of Optical Transport Network (OTN) or other Transmission systems. (like SDH, DWDM & etc.)
• Must have at least three/five (3 to 5) years of experience in Optical Transport Network System (OTN), Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH), or any Transmission Network System and must be specialized in the administration, design, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
