, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent communication that reflects our brand values and service quality.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen bTaskee's brand visibility and customer engagement. Over time, your scope may expand to include PR and overall communication strategy as the business grows.
2. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow bTaskee Malaysia's
social media channels
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with localized and relevant content.
Develop creative content (posts, videos, articles, internal updates) to enhance brand awareness and promote campaigns.
Coordinate with
Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams
to ensure all communication aligns with company objectives and tone of voice.
Support
customer engagement initiatives
through storytelling, testimonial features, and user-generated content.
Assist in creating
press releases, media kits, and event communication
when needed.
Monitor social media performance, track engagement data, and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with regional teams (Vietnam HQ, Thailand, Indonesia) for consistent branding and messaging.
3. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
.
1-3 years of experience
in content creation, digital communication, or social media management.
Excellent writing and communication skills in
English
(Malay or Vietnamese is a plus).
Strong understanding of
social media trends
and audience engagement in the Malaysian market.
Proficient in using
Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite
, and other digital tools.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with good teamwork skills.
Passionate about technology, lifestyle services, and storytelling.
