That\xe2\x80\x99s what makes us Roche.This role is based in the Employee Communications division which is dedicated to providing support in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies.The Opportunity:\xe2\x80\x8bResearch, measurement, data analysisDesktop research on key health topics in support of article development/ creative campaignsSynthesising data from regional research reports for localizationSocial media marketingCreating social media campaigns and plans for local campaignsWriting social media posts for executives and corporate channelsCollating data at the end of the campaign to measure impactInternal communications coordinatorSupport for internal content development (coordination between vendors for filming setup, subtitle translations, video editing/ feedback collection)Campaign support/assistanceLiaising with agencies/ vendors in preparation for campaign launches (hepatitis, women\xe2\x80\x99s health, cardio-metabolic)Visual DesignCreate designs for internal activation visuals and campaignsWho you are:Within your skills and qualifications, you will\xe2\x80\xa6Have proudly completed related course work and have put your studies into practiceEnjoy being creative and have had exposure to graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or IllustratorDemonstrate your proven experience working with Microsoft Office productsWork smart by managing multiple priorities with deadlines in a constantly changing environmentInherently demonstrate a high level of integrity and with an element of trustInnately demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skillsWork within stipulated tight deadlinesWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
