Location: PenangWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PMSalary Range: Depending on experience
About the Role
We are looking for a Communication Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand image, and public relations.You will play a key role in shaping the company's voice, both internally among employees and externally to the public and media.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and company announcements.
• Oversee internal communications, newsletters, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all channels: digital, print, and social media.
• Plan and manage CSR activities, public events, and press conferences.
• Monitor and respond to media coverage and public sentiment.
• Work closely with senior management and marketing teams to align communication goals with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle media relations and crisis communication effectively.
• Experience in managing social media and digital content.
