We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications and PR Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Communications and PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company\'s reputation and image through effective communication strategies and targeted public relations efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans that align with our business objectives and engage our target audience across various platforms. What you will do: Develop integrated communications campaigns for the South East Asia region. Develop overarching company storylines for media. Have your finger on the pulse of the news and provide creative ideas to gain media coverage. Manage a team of direct reports and agencies to scale integrated communications programs and ensure their results contribute to the PR communications strategy are in line with overall company objectives and goals. Hire and manage agencies across various SEA regions. Conduct media training for spokespeople as needed. Strategically lead crisis communications efforts as needed. Responsible for developing PR Communications activities, OKRs, and reporting on results. Develop and execute a strategic communication plan to enhance the company\'s brand image and reputation. Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximise brand exposure Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media Coordinate all public relations activities Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media Manage media inquiries and interview requests Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various initiatives, such as launches, corporate announcements, and crisis management. What we expect from you: 3+ years experience in public relations and/or communications. Experience developing and executing cross-functional communications programs. Experience with crisis communications Experience managing agencies, freelancers and a team of direct reports to drive results. A natural storyteller with excellent writing skills. Outstanding verbal communications skills.
