Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with vendors, customers, and partners.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for daily operations, data updates, and communication management.
  • Able to handle large volumes of enquiries, registrations, and vendor information accurately.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or event days when required.
  • Bonus: Experience in event coordination, vendor management, or community engagement is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Community & Vendor Engagement
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the event organizer and vendors.
  • Respond promptly to vendor enquiries through WhatsApp, email, or platform messages.
  • Provide clear guidance regarding event details, booth information, preparation requirements, and important updates.
  • Assist in managing vendor registration, screening, and confirmation processes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, fostering a friendly and supportive community.
Customer Service
  • Address customer enquiries during events and on online platforms.
  • Handle complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide on-ground assistance to guide visitors and ensure a smooth event experience.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update vendor databases using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Organize event documents, vendor lists, and feedback forms via Google Drive.
  • Assist with vendor check-in, booth allocation, and event-day coordination.
  • Support operational tasks such as distributing vendor tags, collecting attendance, and managing simple logistics.
  • Monitor WhatsApp groups, make announcements, and ensure vendors receive essential information.
  • Assist the marketing team by collecting vendor content for social media use.
  • Provide on-ground support for special activities, workshops, or community programs.
