Job Responsibilities?



Foster a positive and engaged community by actively interacting with members, answering questions, and addressing concerns; Encourage meaningful discussions and provide valuable insights to create a vibrant community; Utilize data and analytics to track progress and make informed decisions for growth; Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and standards; Gather and analyze feedback from the community to provide insights for product improvements or marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:

Fluency in both Mandarin and English; Proven experience managing online communities such as telegram, discord, etc...; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of community management best practices and social media trends; Flexible work attitude; Adaptable, fast learner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Experience:

Crypto: 1 year (Required) Community/ CS: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
