We're seeking an

enthusiastic, player-focused Community Manager

to

build, grow, and nurture

our game's community across social platforms, in-game channels, and live events. As the

voice of our brand

and the

bridge between players and the development team

, you'll create meaningful engagement, foster loyalty, and turn our players into passionate advocates. You'll collaborate closely with the

marketing, product, and support teams

to ensure the community feels

heard, valued, and genuinely excited

about what's coming next.

? RESPONSIBILITIES



Community Engagement & Relationship Building



Community Presence:

Serve as the

frontline representative

of the game, engaging with players daily across platforms such as

Discord

,

Facebook

,

TikTok

,

Instagram

,

Reddit

, and game forums.

Positive Culture:

Foster a

welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment

where players feel heard, valued, and connected.

Events & Activations:

Plan, organize, and manage

online events, contests, and community activations

to drive interaction, excitement, and long-term player engagement.

Content & Communication



Create & Curate:

Develop, curate, and publish community-facing content such as

updates, patch notes, Q&As, spotlight posts, polls, and memes

that keep players informed and engaged.

Brand Voice:

Establish and maintain a

consistent tone and personality

for the brand across all community interactions.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the

creative team

to produce compelling

visual assets

and

videos

that boost social engagement and strengthen community presence.

Feedback Loop & Player Insights



Active Listening:

Monitor and engage with community feedback, concerns, and suggestions, relaying valuable insights to

product

design

, and

development

teams.

Sentiment Tracking:

Observe community sentiment and

proactively flag potential issues

, enabling swift and transparent responses.

Research & Feedback Loops:

Coordinate

surveys

feedback sessions

closed test groups

to gather deeper insights and strengthen player-driven improvements.

Moderation & Crisis Management



Channel Oversight:

Manage and moderate official community platforms to maintain a

positive, inclusive, and respectful environment

Issue Handling:

Address sensitive or critical situations -- such as

outages, bugs, or negative sentiment

-- with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Policy Development:

Assist in creating, updating, and consistently enforcing

community guidelines

to ensure a safe and engaging space for all members.

Growth & Advocacy



Community Growth:

Drive organic community expansion through

grassroots campaigns

Community Engagement:

Identify, support, and empower

? QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS



Experience:

1+ year in community management, social media, or player support -- preferably within the

gaming

or

entertainment

industry.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Platform Knowledge:

Deep understanding of online communities and platforms such as

Discord

,

TikTok

,

Reddit

,

Instagram

,

Facebook

, and

YouTube

.

Creative Skills:

Basic proficiency in design or video editing tools (e.g.,

Canva

,

CapCut

, or

Adobe Creative Suite

) is an advantage.

Interpersonal Skills:

Empathetic, proactive, and able to handle community feedback with professionalism and positivity.

Organization:

Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations, events, and projects simultaneously.

Passion:

Genuine enthusiasm for

and a strong desire to engage and connect with players.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
