Job Description

You are the friendly neighbourhood pharmacist that your local community often visit to get quick over-the-counter medicine, health supplements or personal care products.

As a Community Pharmacist, you will be required to:

• Manage daily store operations.
• Assist in training the existing retail team.
• Dispense prescription medicines to the customers.
• Check dosage and ensure that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labelled.
• Provide consultation to customers using our DRMS system.
• Perform in-house health checks service for customers, such as blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring and diabetes screening.
• Manage stock inventory.
• Keep abreast with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmacology graduate recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
• Be a fully registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia. (valid license to practice the profession)
• Broad knowledge in herbal, vitamins, supplements, beauty products, rehab devices, medical devices, lifestyle and wellness advice and skincare.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems.
• Thorough understanding of dosage administration & measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
• Good organizing skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Integrity and compassionate
• Must be willing to travel, to assist other outlets and training as required by the company.
• Must be able to work on a shift basis and on a public holiday.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Chinese dialects is advantageous.

Location available: various locations in Perak, Bkt Mertajam, Seri Kembangan, Sg.Besar, Kuantan & Parit Buntar
