About this opportunity
The Company Controller is responsible for ensuring both local and Group compliance in the legal entity\xe2\x80\x99s financial reporting, assure compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements, and to provide expert financial advice to the organization. The Company Controller is responsible for securing correct and timely governance of the entity, and to act on issues within the finance field.
What you will do
Ensure compliance to the Ericsson Entity Governance Work instruction
Support the Entity Head in securing the correct governance of the Entity
LE SPOC related to the financial and risk management of the Legal Entity supported by respective assurance functions
Ensure correct Legal Entity Income Statement and Balance Sheet in accordance with internal and external financial reporting requirements
Ensure that the Legal Entity\xe2\x80\x99s financial position is in line with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s decision.
Ensure appropriate legal entity equity and profit levels
Responsible for finance related SSC Demand Management
Provide expert financial advice
Ensure alignment with global financial processes and compliance to Ericsson Group accounting directives
Supervise activities within Company Controlling
You will bring
Accounting Professional Qualification ie ACCA,CPA or equivalent
Minimum 8 years auditing or accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years auditing experience (for audit experience Big 4 accounting firms preferred and for accounting experience MNC experience preferred)
Experienced in practical application of IFRS / GAAP
Solid understanding of Business Process (ICT or Construction Industry experience preferred)
Experience in Financial/Accounting Systems (SAP experience preferred)
Understanding other finance fields such as Tax, Treasury, Business Finance or Business Control
Good English command (Added advantage if possessed Japanese and Korean language skills)
Key personnel traits : Proactive, Integrity, Perseverance, Team player
Key soft-skills: Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Communication and influence skills
