• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and accompany the director(s) to their required destinations safely and efficiently.
• Assist the director(s) with any tasks as needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition, clean, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate closely with the supervisor or PAs to address any vehicle-related needs or follow director instructions.
• Collect and submit monthly records on fuel and e-Wallet usage.
• Manage time effectively.
• Be willing and available to work overtime as required.
• Understand the responsibilities and expectations of the driver role.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigation and route planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all work-related matters.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, including oil, tires, and general maintenance.
• Ensure proper storage and security of any personal items or confidential documents in the vehicle.
• Assist with loading/unloading items as required by the director(s).
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times, reflecting the company's image.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while on duty.
