Driving and Delivery Responsibilities: Document and Parcel Delivery: Safely transport documents, parcels, or packages between the office and customers/vendors. Timely Deliveries: Ensure prompt and timely delivery of documents and parcels to designated locations. Security Measures: Handle documents and parcels securely, ensuring they reach the intended recipient intact and in good condition. Route Optimization: Plan the most efficient routes for deliveries, considering traffic conditions and delivery schedules. Administrative Duties: Documentation Handling: Collect and organize documents or parcels for delivery, ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and delivery times. Communication: Coordinate with office staff or clients to confirm delivery details and update on any delays or issues. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service when delivering documents or parcels, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally. Qualifications and Skills: Valid Driver\'s License: Possess a valid driver\'s license appropriate for the vehicles being operated. Driving Skills: Proficient driving skills and a clean driving record. Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize deliveries efficiently. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in document handling and delivery details. Communication Skills: Good communication abilities for coordinating with office staff and clients. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively for timely deliveries. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications for documentation purposes. Physical Requirements: Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry packages or parcels as necessary.
