Mempunyai rekod bersih dari segi peraturan di jalan raya. Berdisiplin, berhemat, sihat dan menepati masa. Boleh bekerja lebih masa jika diperlukan. 5 Hari bekerja, Sabtu dan Ahad on Standby.
