Job Description

We are an established Professional Company in Petaling Jaya, Selangor providing professional services such as company secretarial, management, financial accounting, advisory corporate needs, facilitating clients to execute and compliances and business solution as well as addressing corporate needs for business expansion and diversification to a wide range of clients.

Our professional team assists small and medium Enterprise (SME) to manage the challenging strategic business needs to sustain, build and grow their business.

Requirements



Must be a Malaysian Candidates currently pursuing ICSA course or its equivalent professional qualifications Candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree in Financial/Accounting or ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICSA, CIMA or partially qualified or currently pursing professional examinations as enumerated above may apply Candidates should have 1 - 2 years of experience in related field Fresh graduates or those current pursuing professional examination or who are seeking a professional career in the field of Company Secretary are encouraged to apply Candidates should have both good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Assume high level of responsibilities and commitments Be able to interact and handle clients with tact and work independently Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2016 and SSM's regulations with be added advantage

Responsibilities



Assisting Company Secretary in administering the day-to-day operation of secretarial compliance with statutory requirement, regulations and guidelines relevant to company secretarial practice To maintain and update the secretarial records To prepare resolutions, minutes and statutory documents To assist in the preparation of notices/agenda and minutes of pre & post meeting of Board Meeting and General Meeting Preparation and submission of Forms and Documents for filing to SSM in accordance to SSM's regulations To handle general administrative duties related to Company Secretarial functions
