Company SecretarialSalary: RM8,000
Location: Kuala LumpurResponsibilities & Duties

  • Provide company secretarial support services to a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents
  • Updating and maintaining all relevant statutory records, registers and other documents
  • Attend Board and General meetings
  • Lead and guide a team of junior and semi-senior executives and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Assist the Company Secretary in company secretarial and administrative matters
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders in connection with company secretarial matters.
  • Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
