We are a Company providing Company Secretarial duties to Corporation. We are 5 days work environment in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras. Due to rapid expansion we are seeking candidate to assist our growth.
Job Scope
Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms, etc.
Maintained of statutory records under the Companies Act. 2016
Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal/external parties regarding secretarial matters.
Handle other secretarial tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Good knowledge in MBRS and MYCOID.
Requirement & Skill
Certificate/Diploma holders/Bachelor's degree in business studies/finance & accounting.
Proven experience as a secretarial Assistant with 1-2 years working experience in related field.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), advance in Mandarin is an added advantage
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good understanding and strong human relation skills
Team player
Able to supervise & work under pressure
