  • Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Business, Law, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM and other authorities
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and files
  • Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents
  • Help arrange and coordinate directors' and shareholders' meetings
  • Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act and other regulations
  • Communicate with clients on company secretarial matters
  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial team
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superior
