Assist the manager/supervisor with daily and administrative tasks.

Coordinate communication and information flow both inside and outside the company.

Arrange meetings, take minutes, and prepare related documents.

Assist in organizing and archiving company documents, contracts, and invoices.

5. ?????????????

Follow up on temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

???? Job Requirements

1. ????????????????????

College diploma or above, administration or management related major preferred.

2. ???????????

Proficient in office automation software.

3. ??????????????

Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong execution.

4. ??????????????

Good communication and coordination skills.

5. ??????????

Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
