Job DetailsProvide secretarial and administrative support to the Company Secretary To prepare resolutions, letters and statutory forms To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/ returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other authorities To maintain and updating statutory records, register book and files compliance with Companies Act 2016 To liaise with clients and relevant authorities To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Remuneration will be based on qualifications and relevant work experienceCompany Details
