As a Company Secretary Assistant, you will support the Company Secretary in ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining corporate records, and liaising with regulatory bodies. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for governance and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (e.g., Form 24, 49, resolutions)
Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and company records
Coordinate board meetings, AGMs, and prepare related documentation
Monitor deadlines for annual returns, resolutions, and other compliance requirements
Support incorporation, change of directors/shareholders, and other corporate exercises
Ensure proper documentation and filing in accordance with Companies Act 2016
Assist in drafting resolutions, minutes, and correspondence in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
