Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities



Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain company records, filings, and secretarial documents.

Organize Board and shareholders' meetings, including minutes and resolutions.

Advise management on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external partners.

Requirements



Junior Role (1-2 Years' Experience):



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice. Good understanding of Malaysian company law and corporate governance principles. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Senior Role (3+ Years' Experience):



Experienced Company Secretary with a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Possess ICSA/MAICSA or equivalent qualifications; holding a Licensed Company Secretary status is must. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice. Strong understanding of Malaysian company law and corporate governance principles. Confident in managing complex compliance matters independently. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
