To assist the company secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions.
Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
To assist superior in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
Maintain and ensure the statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time.
To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the management from time to time.
Job Requirement
Candidate must be pursuing / possess a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, ICSA or equivalent
Skilled in word processing; proficient with Microsoft Word.
Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Great interpersonal skills.
Internship for 3 months and above
Knowledge (theory/practical) in Companies Act 2016 and corporate secretarial practice will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
