Description Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide daily support and strategic HR advice to the local management team on operational and strategic HR matters. Utilize SAP expertise to conduct data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to selection. Manage payroll administration in China, ensuring seamless processes with local payroll companies. Efficiently implement and adhere to HR processes, including streamlined data management, storage, and analysis. Partner with management to identify development needs, ensuring successful employee development and training in coordination with Talent Management. Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, organizational culture, and employee retention. Ensure full compliance with local and international labor laws, consulting with external/internal legal advisors as needed. Facilitate effective communication within the organization through employee briefings, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate staff induction, providing information on conditions of service, salaries, and promotional opportunities. Requirements University degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant professional Experience in SAP HR & Payroll Module (Malaysia) Minimum 3 years of HR experiences. Proficiency in Mandarin & English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point. Possess analytical skills, result oriented and fast learner.
