Proposed the revised salary range package based on the analyst outcome to HR Director, Top management and HQ annually. Re-marketing, benchmarking review and propose renew the insurance benefits for employees. Handle and process employee benefits related matters. Oversee the half yearly and yearly plant wide appraisal, analyst and compile the outcome. Conduct the Manager level and above yearly appraisal with top management. Oversee and validate the yearly promotion cycle with conduct the Board of Promotion, handle special promotion case by case. Proposed the annual based pay adjustment based in the appraisal conducted, proposed and obtained the approval for the budget. Design the rewards program align with company needs (output KPI, Improvement projects etc.) Remain informed at all times of new statutory acts & legislations which may affect employees\xe2\x80\x99 benefits and compensation, or the cost incurred and which might need to report to the Management. KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMTETENCIES\xe9\x9c\x80\xe6\xb1\x82\xe5\x92\x8c\xe8\x83\xbd\xe5\x8a\x9b\xef\xbc\x9a Candidate must possess at least a Master, Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Norms in relation to discipline management is a great advantage. Ability to work independently & with less supervision. Minimum 3-5 year of related working experience in C&B Knowledge in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) will be added advantage Familiar with data analysis.
