If you are excited about a role but don\'t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummarySummary:The \xe2\x80\x9cCompensation & Benefits Analyst\xe2\x80\x9d will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang reporting to Payroll Lead.This role will be In charge of implementing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s compensation and benefits programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s reward strategy.What a typical day looks like:Administers the company\'s compensation programs in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.Administers compensation programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.Participate in job research and evaluation, salary administration, explore compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.Collects data about company\'s Compensation policies and research them to prepare reports and advises managers for making important resolutions.Applies employee benefit policy related knowledge and skill sets to define current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements and programs.Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations.Participates in market surveys.The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:Typically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function.A professional certification is preferred - Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS), Certified Compensation Manager (CCM), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).Demonstrate ability to protect and maintain data privacy.Good communication skills and excellent relational skills.Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, HR related and office software to include, word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll receive for the great work you provide:Life InsuranceMedical BenefitsAllowances and BonusesPaid Time-OffAA98Job Category Human ResourcesRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
