To act as a link between the global compensation / global benefits team and the regional Hr team. Represents the APAC region for all C&B related matters and is the SPOC on a regional level for the global C&B team for all initiatives or routine transactional activities Work closely with the regional hr team in all countries in APAC on location specific requirements and work out solutions for them.
