Do you want to work with passionate teams, providing excellent business and digital services to the Asia Pacific region?Do you want an open, supportive, and caring working environment?Do you view your development needs seriously as we do?If YES, then take your career to the #NextLevel with BASF ![6 months leasing contract]Objectives of the PositionSupport the Compensation & Benefits team in administering employee compensation and benefits tasks, while delivering service and support for employee inquiries related to Compensation & Benefits, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and satisfaction.Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key ActivitiesOperational ExcellenceMaintains and updates C&B related knowledge management documents and articles on all knowledge sharing platform for onboarding purpose and employee reference (for eg; onboarding deck).Responsible for selected recurring C&B operational activities such as insurance employee movement reports, invoice processing.Supports Experts in drafting communications for Employees and Manager for implementation of Compensation & Benefit programs.Maintains and updates C&B related knowledge management documents and articles on all knowledge sharing platform for onboarding purpose and employee reference (for eg: HR4U).Supports Experts for any system testing and UAT support (e.g. ServiceNow).Manages job family matching and submits data for Compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer).Reviews any compensation and performance data upload for salary reviews cycles.
Service EngagementDaily monitoring of inquiry management for Compensation & Benefits enquiries to ensure high level of responsiveness on ticketing system.Provide Compensation & Benefits inquiry support to employees via HR4U / CRM.Play an active role in supporting the Specialists and Expert in managing requests from Country HR and Regional HR Business Partner.Team Collaboration
