About the Compensation & Benefits Specialist Role:
in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, benchmark as well as annual performance, bonus and increment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Cost Management

• Monitor and manage resource costs, including Opex, divisional employee-related costs, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyse and optimise resource expenditure

Benefits Administration

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including medical and insurance plans
• Coordinate ASR (Annual Salary Review) and manage salary review activities
• Ensure proper management of bonuses, LTIP (Long-Term Incentive Plan), and SIP (Share Incentive Plan)

Recognition Tools and Awards Management

• Develop and manage programmes for employee recognition, including the implementation of tools and systems
• Administer awards and recognition programs to promote a positive work culture

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to align HR practices with organisational goals
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR rewards and performance policies, such as allowance and overtime management, retirement benefits

Performance Management

• Implement and manage performance management systems and processes
• Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback

Annual Reporting

• Prepare and deliver annual HR reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and achievements
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for reporting purposes

To succeed in this Compensation & Benefits Specialist role, you must be able to lead and contribute to the execution and delivery of end-to-end total rewards on the annual cyclical tasks as well as the daily operations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR operations management, including resource cost control, benefits administration, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR rewards and performance policies and practices
• Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in process improvement, automation, and digitalisation strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
