Job Description
The Payroll and C&B Manager will be responsible for MY & Singapore Payroll as well as implementing competitive and compelling rewards structure according to the guidelines as defined on Global/Central Level.
- Develop effective Market Analysis and Salary Survey Participation and implement market analysis to ensure internal and external equity and market competitiveness;
- Responsible for MY & Singapore Payroll
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Policy & Compensation management;
- Experience in handling Singapore payroll is an advantage
