We are looking for someone to perform the roles below: Compensation Specialist Develop and analyze compensation and benefits plans which fit and align with the company\'s strategy and business goals. Review wide range of relevant compensation data, provide recommendations and implement any new or make changes to compensation plan to ensure the company\'s remuneration policies are competitive towards people attraction and retention. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices of compensation and prepare job market analysis and ongoing reclassification of pay band. Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. Create and review employee incentive plan and reward program to maintain and retain people. Analyze employee performance result, conduct salary analysis and recommend suitable model for merit increase and salary adjustment. Payroll Specialist Perform monthly payroll transaction, computation of salaries and ensure day to day payroll related matters are carried out systematically, accurately and timely. Create new employee personal particulars entry, update employees data and ensure data accuracy in Human Resource Information system Administer payroll cut off schedule, provide Fund Forecast to disburse Payroll and statutory related payment. Ensure payroll compliance to internal control requirements and legislation requirements. Manage and ensure accurate, efficient, timely distribution of salaries through online banking. Prepare monthly payroll and accrual reports for finance department. Answer any query on payroll matters to internal or external auditors and relevant government authorities. Responsible payroll project rollout testing or any other new requirements from time to time. Make the monthly statutory payments on time. Compile financial year end employee tax reporting and distribution. Here is some of what you\'ll need (Required): Master or Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent. Must have and understand the breadth and depth of compensation, payroll and benefits. Must have research & analytical skills as well as understanding of cost and impact to the organization. Knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act, Government statutory i.e TAX, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, etc. Able to speak with all level of employees including with Corporate and Expatriates
