Leads the coordination and management of training and certification programs for the Field Service Team across AP, including tooling and compliance training. Serves as the expert for the SABA/SELP platform, supports leadership development initiatives, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective and seamless certification processes.
How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and maintain capability and certification status repositories for the Central and Distributed Field Service Teams in AP.
Serve as the focal point for training and certification topics, including tooling competency, for onsite FS teams.
Oversee and support the certification process, escalating challenges and suggesting solutions as needed.
Coordinate training demand and align training schedules with FS leaders and stakeholders across the AP region.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the SABA/SELP platform, providing training, support, and maintaining certification documentation.
Coordinate FST soft skills and leadership development programs, and participate in relevant leadership meetings.
What You Bring
Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage training and certification logistics.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience collaborating across technical or engineering environments in diverse countries and regions.
Familiarity with technical certification frameworks and expertise in coordinating training programs.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions to align training needs and objectives.
Strategic thinker with empathy and emotional intelligence to mentor, coach, and engage stakeholders.
