Job Title: Charge Man (Competent Electrical Supervisor)

Working Hours: 8:15 AM - 4.45 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 4,000

Location: Tebrau, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

2. Work Supervision:

Supervise electrical installation, repair, and troubleshooting works.

3. Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the performance of electrical systems and ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations such as Electricity Supply Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act.

5. Authority Liaison:

Liaise with the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) and other regulatory authorities when necessary.

6. Documentation Management:

Maintain accurate documentation on inspections, maintenance records, and incident reports.

7. Fault Response:

Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize downtime.

8. Shutdown Planning:

Plan and execute scheduled shutdown maintenance activities.

9. Risk Assessment:

Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols for electrical works.

10. Team Training:

Train and guide junior technicians and contractors on electrical safety and procedures.

11. Inventory Control:

Manage spare parts inventory for electrical systems.

12. Energy Efficiency:

Assist in energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

- Possess a valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) Chargeman Certificate

Language

- Bahasa Malaysia

- English

- Mandarin
