Production Supervisor
Job Description
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical , Electronic , Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge ISO9001 : 2015 Quality System; Lean Manufacturing, 5S.
Able to demonstrates operations and technical skills.
Good inter-personal skills , strong leadership to lead a production team to achieve KPI.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (for dealing with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Responsibilities:
To oversee all production-related activities ;
To plan monthly production schedule to meet customers delivery dateline ;
To identify & implement continuous improvement to the production processes ;
To ensure all testing requirement are carried out , ensure process parameters meeting product requirement through the implementation of ISO9001 Quality System;
To maximize productivity by optimizing manpower algorithm per production line & machine throughput for operation expenses control;
To implement analytical tool to diagnose the root cause of machine breakdown , human error, short of raw material.
To plan ahead preventive maintenance with Engineering & Maintenance Department to minimize unplanned downtime;
To ensure safety rules & regulations of workplace are met.
