Job descriptions:-
1. To develop, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards and expectations in ISO9001 QMS. Ensure all Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instructions adhere to Quality Assurance requirement at all times.
2. To build a strong Quality and Reliability organization to meet and exceed customers quality requirement by ensuring conformity to product specifications.
3. To manage product readiness in NPI through quality analysis incorporating with technical information from respective Program Manager.
4. To drive & lead cross functional engagement to support plant-wide quality improvement plan as Management Representative.
5. To be liaison in all matters relating to product complaints, inspections and regulatory activities. To lead investigation in resolving product quality and process issue. To record all quality issue raised, initiate rootcause analysis, monitor the implementatin of corrective action and preventive actions effectively through FMEA.
6. To liaise with customer whenever necessary if there is a quality issue to be addressed and yo follow up with corrective actions accordingly.
7. To lead & ensure all non-conforming report (NCR & CAR) are closed in a timely manner.
8. To drive optimal cost of quality through effective tools, method, procedure and working environment for continuous operational cost improvement.
Qualification, experience, skills, attributes :-
a. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or related field; IPC-A-610 exerience preferred.
b. Candidate is expected with at least 5~8 years of ISO9001 QMS and internal auditor qualification is a MUST;
c. Communication skills, result oriented, with great interpersonal & motivational skills.
d. Sound knowledge in using software such as words, excel, powerpoint, etc;
e. Experience with Kaizen, 7QC tools, 8D technique, FMEA, Lean manufacturing concept.
f. Willing to work with multiple tasking is a MUST.
