Overall Responsibility
To plan, design, and implement HR strategic initiatives to support the Company's short and long term organisational objectives and promote performance-oriented culture and service, teamwork and accountability.
Key areas of responsibility
Regular employee engagements, from Division Heads to Rank-and-File employees.
Manage the entire recruitment & selection with a participatory role in conducting interviews and working out the salary proposals.
Review HR workflows and processes as and when required with a view to stream-line for greater efficiency and productivity
Participate in regular annual HR exercises, including Annual Performance Appraisal, Salary Review & Variable Bonus practices, and any ad-hoc salary reviews or promotions.
Handle employees' inquiries on Company's HR policies and procedures, staff benefits and schemes, employment certification etc.
Skills and attributes
Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
Mature and able to work independently
Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Experience requirement
4-6 years of HR experience.
In-depth understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act
