This provides all our employees with a sense of belonging which allows them to reach their full potential.Discover Crown.What do these jobs do in general?The Compliance & ESG Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives within Crown Malaysia. This role ensures that compliance policies, regulatory requirements, and ESG strategies are effectively integrated into business operations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, the Compliance & ESG Executive will be responsible for executing daily compliance and sustainability activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and supporting the enhancement of sustainable service innovations. The role also involves active participation in risk management, regulatory reporting, and sustainability performance tracking to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Job Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance & ESG Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and align Compliance & ESG strategies with business objectives, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on key compliance and sustainability metrics, including but not limited to:
• ISO Management Systems: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO22301 BCMS, ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions: Monitoring and reporting on Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
• Environmental Impact: Tracking water consumption, waste management, and overall sustainability performance.
• ESG Performance: Ensuring reporting alignment with relevant frameworks such as Global Sustainability Standards (GSS) and LCOS carbon accounting platform.
• Actively contribute to the development of Crown MY's Sustainability Report, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to showcase achievements and progress in compliance and sustainability.
• Support the business continuity exercise, including fire drills and emergency response planning, to ensure operational resilience and preparedness in crisis scenarios.
• Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures that drive compliance with local and international regulations, mitigating business risks.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement

• Assist in developing and delivering Compliance & ESG training programs for internal teams, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on sustainability best practices and regulatory changes to enhance awareness and implementation across the organization.
• Support internal and external engagement efforts, including audits, assessments, and collaboration with third-party stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Compliance & ESG objectives and organizational needs.
