Company Description FatHopes Energy is a market leader in developing sustainable fat, oil, and grease solutions for advanced biofuel production since 2010. We operate a robust chain of custody system for our supply of waste & residue feedstock. Role Description This is a full-time Compliance Executive role located in Shah Alam. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. The Compliance Executive will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and providing compliance training to employees. Qualifications Knowledge of applicable legal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs Ability to conduct internal audits and provide compliance training to employees A keen eye for compliance vulnerabilities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Diligent, attention to detail and ability to work independently Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in any relevant field such as HIRADC, Law, or Environment More than 3 years working experience in an audit or compliance role Experience in a waste and residue industry is a plus
