You will:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance / Quality System (QA/QS):
Assist in documentation and record management related to QA/QS.
Support internal audit preparation and follow-up on corrective actions.
Participate in quality monitoring activities to ensure compliance with SOPs.
2. Halal Compliance:
Assist in maintaining and updating Halal-related documents and certificates.
Support Halal internal audit and liaise with relevant departments on Halal compliance requirements.
Help ensure that materials, processes, and suppliers meet Halal standards.
3. Building Survey & Safety Compliance:
Conduct basic inspections and assist in reporting on building conditions, safety, and maintenance issues.
Support documentation for building licensing, safety certifications, and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with vendors and facility teams for scheduled surveys or inspections.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a
Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or any related field
.
Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret legal/regulatory information.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
