Paydibs is equipped with a reliable and secure proprietary technology platform, enabling online businesses to accept various payment types across multiple channels in Southeast Asia. Paydibs is registered under Financial Services Act 2013 as a merchant acquiring services regulatee of the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara). The company operates from its corporate headquarters located in Kuala Lumpur. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Compliance Lead. The Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring that the company is up-to-date with all aspects of regulatory compliance. The Compliance Lead will also be responsible for leading the compliance team, managing compliance projects, and overseeing the day-to-day compliance activities. Qualifications Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance skills Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Experience in the financial industry Bachelor\'s degree in law, finance, or related field Note: Familiarity with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), e-money license, eWallet regulatory and experience with auditing/monitoring are beneficial.
