Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on virtual asset regulations and licensing requirements across key jurisdictions. Manage end-to-end licensing applications, including documentation, coordination with internal teams, external lawyers, and regulators. Maintain existing licenses, including renewals, annual filings, and required compliance reports. Provide compliance guidance to business teams to ensure daily operations meet regulatory standards. Support the development and optimization of internal compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; major in Law, Finance, or related fields preferred. 2-3 years of compliance experience in the financial or virtual asset industry; licensing experience is a plus. Must have worked for a crypto exchange, have experience applying for licenses. Strong research and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams and regulators. Detail-oriented, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and genuinely interested in the Crypto industry.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
