Position: Compliance & Risk Analyst

Your role in Travelex

Join Travelex - A global foreign currency exchange leader powering more than 20?countries. As a Compliance & Risk Analyst, you'll be the essential link between data quality, risk mitigation and regulatory to uphold Travelex's global compliance standards. This hands-on role demands meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated and discipline environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Control:

Lead Data Quality Assessment (DQA) and resolve data accuracy issues across all systems.

Regulatory Reporting:

Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory and internal reports.

Uphold compliance:

Adhere strictly to AML regulations and Travelex's security protocols, support transaction monitoring analysis and suspicious transaction reporting (STR).

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure operational compliance.

Ad-Hoc Project Work:

Assist in Compliance and Risk Management and/or any ad hoc job assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Degree:

Bachelor's in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or Finance .

Analytical:

Excellent attention to details; proven ability to analyze complex data and ensure reporting accuracy.

Organizational:

Strong skills in managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Proficient in Word & Excel. Good verbal and written communication.

Value-Add:

Experience and knowledge in AML/CFT. Experience in financial services, currency exchange. Knowledge of foreign exchange operations. Process improvement mindset with documented efficiency enhancements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
