Open Position: Compliance, Senior Officer (Financial based Company)A Financial based Company is currently hiring a Compliance, Senior Officer to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years working experience within Compliance & Risk Management role.
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Advise management on the company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed report.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Assisting and implementing necessary procedures to processes and frameworks compliance with the BNM\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Good skills in both communication and stakeholder management skills.
