General

To supervise, inspect and report all working activities and working facilities to comply with Safety, Health & Environment policy.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

Assist SHE Executive to establish and maintain SHE Management System, including implementation and monitor SOPP and WI. Assist QA/ QC activity Part of the committee of SMETN BSCI/ FSC (Social audit), Fire Fighting, First Aid and SHE. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inspection and distribution and maintain inventory records and filing. Assist SHE Executive to conduct Safety & Health audit & inspection on unsafe act and unsafe condition at the production floor. Assist SHE Executive to conduct Safety & Health training and involve in other Safety & Health Awareness program/ promotions activities. Inspection on fire fighting equipment; fire alarm panel, hose reel, hydrant hose, fire extinguisher & pump house. Inspection on first aid kit and first aid room. Inspection on emergency shower and eye wash station.
10. Schedule waste management.

11. To ensure relevant signage are displayed.

12. To maintain sharp tools procedure.

To assist in foreign workers management.
14. Maintain and improve the order and safety of the hostel.

15. To assist in workers arrangement to clinic/ hospital.

16. Other Safety & Health related task assigned by HOD/ SHE Executive.

1 7. Maintains strict confidentiality of all matter pertaining to work.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM or Technical Certificate. The Manager can determine whether education & training are equivalent based on his/her working experience. Minimum 2 year working experience an for fresh graduates college diploma/degree will be considered based on course work and grades. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word. Able to read and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
