Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Company's Policies and Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 Responsible for Safety's Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS), ISO 45001 Responsible for Environmental Policy and Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001. To plan and control the daily compounding operations and ensure all necessary compounding activities are correctly recorded and properly archived. To arrange daily compound preparations and ensure all preparations meet the stipulated specifications. To ensure the operations of compounding department are carried out as per SOPs and work instructions. To report to superior and take necessary actions in the event material or preparations found to be out of specifications or showing abnormal appearance. To provide and ensure subordinates receive the necessary training on the relevant SOPs and work instructions. To maintain the cleanliness and safety of compounding plant at all times as per GMP requirements. To report to superior should there be any problem that may affect Quality of the products or Safety of workplace or Environment compliance.

Job Requirement

Qualification Possess minimum Diploma in Polymer Science / Applied Science. Experience (For Diploma) Minimum 2 years of working experience in an established manufacturing environment, preferably in the related field (For Degree) Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. Other Personal Capabilities Knowledge in relevant Quality Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & etc.) Initiative motivated and committed, able to work independently. Able to lead & train subordinates by example. Computer literate - i.e MS Excel, Words, Power Point, Graph & Trending Chart.
