REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the correct total solid content and maturation for the compounding formula prior release to production dipping line. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the correct preparation of chemical dispersion and solution are as per operating parameter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the correct and sufficient ball milling and chemical dispersion period during compounding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the raw water treatment system is properly treated in term of physical, chemical, biological and final polishing treatment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and ensure proper documentation and records to reflect the current practice as per \xe2\x80\x9cGood Manufacturing Practice\xe2\x80\x9d. \xe2\x80\xa2 To continue conduct study for a compounding process to ensure a good batch of compounded latex and other chemical solution are properly prepared by compounding team. \xe2\x80\xa2 To Assist Compounding Assistant Manager and PPD Manager work a plan for the compounding operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study a new approved material to be used in compounding. \xe2\x80\xa2 To guide the executive to carry out a new testing of chemicals with lab assistant. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain the quality system documentation and implementation are carried out in the whole department. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study all activities related to work do not give any impact to environment and complying with Good Environmental Practice (GEP). \xe2\x80\xa2 To promote awareness on environmental care to all employee. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure compliance with all related legislation such as OSHA, FMA, EQA, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To analyze compounding processing problem and root cause analysis to improve product quality and reliability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Initial, analyze and implement modification and changes to compounding processes for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other related duties or lawful and reasonable order that may be given by the management from time to time in a manner satisfactory to management and to the company in a manner satisfactory to management and to the company in general. Qualification and/or Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum bachelor degree holder in any discipline with minimum 3 years or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years or at least 10 years working experience in glove industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead of subordinates to achieve company goal \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in dipping process flow and work study flow \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Systematic and positive problem solving approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Set good example for subordinates \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Founded in 2004 and based in Teluk Intan, Central Medicare Sdn Bhd (CMSB) began manufacturing premium nitrile gloves in 2010 and was the pioneer of lightweight 2.7gm nitrile examination gloves. With HARPS Global Industry Sdn Bhd acquiring CMSB in November 2015, manufacturing facilities increased to a size of 57-acres. In order to accommodate the growing demand of the nitrile glove market, our 24 double-former production lines contribute to a total monthly output of 590 million units of gloves. This rapid expansion of our manufacturing facility has increased production capacity by more than 500% since HARPS\' acquisition.
