Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Backup and restore data as needed.
Provide technical support to staff and customers .
Document repairs, installations, and configurations for reference.
Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (10AM - 7PM)
